Payment Processing (Stripe)

Fundalo uses Stripe, Inc. to process payments securely. When you make a payment, your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s checkout interface. Fundalo does not handle or store your full card details. Stripe provides Fundalo with non-sensitive tokens and receipts so we can confirm and manage your subscription.

BY USING OUR SERVICE YOU AGREE THAT STRIPE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF PAYMENT PROCESSING AND CARD DATA. FUNDALO IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, THEFT, COMPROMISE, OR MISUSE OF PAYMENT CARD DATA, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.

Stripe’s services are provided subject to their own Stripe Services Agreement.

Website Hosting (Squarespace)

Fundalo uses Squarespace, Inc. to host our website, landing pages, and waitlist forms. Any information you submit through our website (such as your email address for updates) is processed and stored securely on Squarespace’s infrastructure. Squarespace is responsible for securing its platform and infrastructure.

Business Email & Document Storage (Google Workspace)

Fundalo uses Google Workspace for business email, file storage, and internal document collaboration. This means that some of your personal information (such as emails you send to us) may be stored on Google’s systems. Google encrypts data at rest and in transit, and is independently certified for ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other compliance frameworks.

Workflow Automation (Zapier)

Fundalo uses Zapier, Inc. to connect certain applications and automate workflows. In Phase 1, Zapier only passes limited event data between systems and does not store banking credentials or payment card information. All data transmissions between Fundalo and Zapier occur over encrypted connections.
